Product strategy, UX, UI and front-end delivery: 15+ owner interviews into personas and requirements, the full web and mobile product in Figma, a 40+ component design system with semantic tokens and light/dark themes, built in React, TypeScript, Tailwind and React Native.

Led the redesign and front-end delivery of baesystems.com from discovery and wireframes to production — component library, site-wide design system, WCAG 2.1 AA, and a 35% cut in load times through refactoring and Core Web Vitals work. Also UI for Salesforce, Oracle and WordPress enterprise platforms, plus design QA and front-end code review.

Mobile-first redesign of a platform used by 1M+ job seekers: +30% engagement, +25% satisfaction. Interviews, personas, journeys and usability testing; Angular and React component libraries; React and D3.js analytics dashboards; mentored junior designers and UI engineers.

Set design direction across web and mobile, from low-fidelity sketches to production in React, Vue, HTML and CSS. Usability studies, heatmap analysis and persona research, and a reusable component and style-guide system.
